Jigsaw
Jigsaw is a cooperative learning strategy in which students are put into groups of five and each group member is assigned a piece of material to learn and then teach to their group members. To help in the learning process, students who are working on the same material in different groups come together to discuss what is important and how to teach the material to their respective group members. After students become experts in learning how to use the activity or how to play with the other groups, then the original groups come back together and students proceed to take turns teaching each other the skills they previously learned.
